[Neon] Out-takeby EddyGComment: Eddy - this idea could have been recycled for a killer placement in implied lines. My eyes totally draw her body. Fabulous! |

Motion Study III.jpgby PedroComment: Wow that's fabulous. A great use of selective desaturation (this coming from someone who typically can't stand it). Terrific. |

Rustic Gearby goinskiingComment: This is very well done. It definitely takes the mundane and industrial and makes it interesting and artistic. Great job with the tones - I have such a tough time with that. |

Tivoli Stairwayby rscorpComment: Terrific. I've been browsing your portfolio after coming across one of your portraits. This is quite well done, especially as you've just begun experimenting with duotones. The tonality and contrast of this photo really accentuate the composition. Very nicely done. |

Gallery Portraitby rscorpComment: Wow. This is just fantastic. I've been looking at it for 20 minutes. I love the way you've made the girl (who in my imagination is the painter) look painted, while keeping the realistic element of the paintings themselves. Worthy of hanging. |

Where's Waldog?by scalvertComment: roflol. Great title - adds interest to the photo but the image doesn't rely on it. There is an excellent softness to his (?) fur. 7 |

Dollfaceby drz01Comment: There is a harsh shadow on the wall which can be avoided by placing the subject several feet from the wall. Also this is very over sharpened - the dress and the hair particularly. Because of the fine texture of the dress it lends itself to oversharpening. Being aware of the textures of thingss when you take the shot can help. For example, knowing that this dress would not tolerate sharpening very well, I would have ensured tack sharp focus on the face in camera, so as not to have to rely on post processing. 4 |
