I am stunned by this photo. It seems virtually perfect in every way. The only nit I can pick is that it feels a little too tightly cropped at the top, but it's a pretty small nit to pick. Hope it ribbons.

There are 4 things that hurt this photo in my opinion. There appears to be a halo around the bird, probably a post processing artifact. The photo is essentially a silhouette, but the positive/negative space isn't that interesting. Focus is very soft, too soft for my taste. And the border detracts. Sorry to sound negative, but maybe the comments will help you next time.
