Home by instepsComment: A fanciful and musical pattern/rhythm of window bars and air conditioner enclosures. Well-observed. I'd enjoy walking past this building regularly. |

Remembranceby EpsiComment: Lovely undulating rhythm between the rigid rhythm of upright columns, with the satisfying payoff at the far end of a woman walking in front of a building. I like the graininess of the image, which brings one to concentrate on the pure shapes. |

Ice Motifby LoViComment: Extremely abstracted rhythm of icicles on telephone lines. An extreme portrayal, in my opinion, but still I like it. |

Syncopation by mrchhasComment: A reflected piano keyboard that kind of looks like eyelashes. You can hardly get more rhythmic than that. A clever, iconic image. |

where things sometimes happenby TiberiusComment: Here's an image with vertical rhythm. The construction chute at right center looks like a rocket about to be launched, juxtaposed with laundry drying on a line! The windows, especially the lit ones, also give a rhythmic lift. There is certainly sufficient structure amid all the visual cacophony. A pleasing image. |

The Recitalby MelethiaComment: Wonderful image of a line of mannequins in distinctive poses, matching almost one to one within the large windows. They have a casual, conversational flow that provides a gentle rhythm. There's also the sense that the photographer is saying, "look up now and then and you might be surprised by what you see." |
