took me a while to figure out how you did this without it being two photographs. Did you have her in the shot from the start or add her later? The ghosting is a little too much for the bright colors she is wearing. Also may have worked better if she appeared to be moving through the scene instead of standing still. None the less great technique and good job.

The Ugly Duckling

The concept here is great and nails the challenge..however there is a tremendous amount of detail missing in both the swan and the ugly duckling.
