Relaxing with my Yamaha SubWooferby aKiwiComment: Maxell! (giving my age away). Might have had more impact if model and the speaker were further apart. Also facial expression seems unaffected |

CD's and more CD'sby prbettsComment: I'm afraid this is going to be attacked from all sides! A few suggestions:
1) subject matter of CDs has been done a lot and this doesn't make me stop and think 'hey, great take on the subject'
2) focus is badly off
3) use image editing software to bring image to as near maximum allowed size as possible
4) lighting and background are not very good
Keep trying, good results with low-spec cameras are definitely possible so don't lose heart

High Noteby xtabintunComment: Not sure fir trees are the right counterpoint to the trumpet and think you've cropped to tight in the upper right |

The Three Pipersby HeavyComment: Focus a bit off and would have cropped around waist and tighter on interesting arrangement of heads/shirts/drones. |

Jazz on wheelsby Pep VentosaComment: Well-captured. Nice visual trick. Higher cropping to remove steps and grey box might have added. |

Play that Funky Musicby redmoonComment: Processing has given it a computer generated feel which is either too much or not enough. To give it more of a 'poster art' feel I think you need to remove the distractions in the background (e.g central black square blob and stylus arm rest) to keep it to just the bare essentials |

Vinylby eostylesComment: Tighter crop needed here to remove non-essential distractions. I would also have liked grainier b/w. Well done though |

Little Music Manby digistouneComment: Great! Very nice post-processing with mix of sharp and soft. Love the brown tint and most of all love the light on the eye which really grabs the viewer. |

Fifthby UNCLEBROComment: Clever idea but problems with execution. I guess you must have had to dim lights to allow for long exposure and that probably led to focus and grain problems. Good attempt though. |
