Yoal & Stone, Lerwickby Bear_MusicComment: Am guessing you know who 'owns' this house. I just started the latest book (you should try them now you have been there).
When I first saw this I thought WOW, Cape Cod is a lot like Shetland lol
Ah, I see you are not there today, best cancel my flight ;) Message edited by author 2018-11-03 18:21:23. |

Night Lightby GermaineComment: I like how your focus directs you to the front door and can't help but wonder what story unfolds inside. |

Stop!by GeneralEComment: Certainly got me to stop and look (am expecting something bad to come into view). |

The Birdsby GinaRothfelsComment: Well, my first thought was Alfred Hitchcock so it would have garnished a decent vote from me - guess we'll never know how it would have faired? |

wraithsby ubiqueComment: I am learning so much more than (good) photography here so thank-you.
My first thought was 'Hyena'.
African Wild Dogs are commonly mistaken for Hyenas but in fact there are many differences, both physically and behaviorally. Taxonomic Classification: Hyenas are NOT dogs!! Hyenas are closer related to mongooses and cats.
The saying 'less is more' is certainly fitting here (photographically speaking)

22 Stories Highby instepsComment: Nope, didn't have this down as the Flatiron building just from the shadow and 22 storey clue (sorry). Now, if you had titled it '285-foot tall steel-framed landmarked building located at 175 Fifth Avenue in the borough of Manhattan, New York City' I'd not have been any the wiser either until I'd consulted Mr Google.
The phallic passerby is just as confusing until I flip the image verticaly, then it all makes sense. |
