happyby krnodilComment: Karen, thanks for this and if I may I'll use it to try and make a point...
A few years ago I read a thread here at dpc about this new fangled lens called the Lensbaby, well, tbh I thought the images it produced were pretty lame and discarded it as a rather bad fad that would never catch on.
Today I'm submitting LB images to maybe 60% of the challenges I enter and reckon 50% of the voters probably feel like I did way back then. I don't think we will see many LB ribbons here at dpc but hopefully SC's like this will help the unwashed masses realise that the LB is here to stay and will often produce a better in camera effect than many of the PS gods can come up with.
My short time with both the LB and (previously) the pinhole is all down to you Karen, jeez, I even submitted a pinhole image in a masters free study!
Back to the image, well, this is superb Karen, I struggle with the +10 but might go out and try again now.

Hayfieldby LeoComment: This shot has so much going for it, first off it was taken with a LB :) the first bale is spot on for composition and focus, then you have the different cuts of the field and those great highlights on the bales. Thats a pretty sweet image so well done! |

Fuzzy Hat Clubby cryanComment: Its funny but those power cables seem to add to this image for me and again, some great colours. |

Blackfinby GermaineComment: Germaine, looks like you had a productive day out, this is another stonking image and the splash of LB sunset finishes this off nicely. If you tell me you waited 3 hours for the light to fall and the bird to take flight I'd be even more impressed ;) |

Layoverby kenna718Comment: I also prefer this shot over the first
For me the landscape aspect lends itself more to the feeling of (finally) rushing to gate 16. |

Gate 16by kenna718Comment: Great composition, the tilt works well and the blurred people are pretty funky but think I prefer the other shot Kenna. |

Chillinby cryanComment: Great capture Chris, maybe crop some off the right? the LB blur on the left really draws you up to Liam, a very (very) good portrait. |
