MyRaindropby bcrantsComment: Am looking forward to reading how you did this, seems like a big big splash (for a raindrop) and plenty of cleaning your? hand in between shots. I love the lighting and pp'ing, B&W was a good choice. Stopping by to bump from a 7 to an 8, would have been a 9 but the thumbnail is disturbing me. |

La Vecchiaia e la Solitudineby whiteroomComment: Have been away from DPC for too long, mostly because the voters seem (to me) too shiny, shiny , thats sharp and colourful. Just had a browse in the custom pinhole album and this jumped out at me - I like!
It's an image where I (the viewer) get to decide on what the scene is about rather than having it shoved in my face, I call that art. |

A River Runs Through Itby glockguyComment: I am kind of disappointed though, I just finished my first round of PS CS5 training, and what a difference knowing how to PROPERLY use that software makes! I wish I would have been able to edit this photo again.....
Al, your challenge from me (should you wish to accept it) is to re edit this shot knowing what you recently learnt, start a thread in the forum with both versions and let the unwashed masses decide if your learning ;) |

I AM LEGO by rinacComment: ooh Rina, excellent image but would have liked a little (trademark) blurry mess in there for a true 'Rinac' image. Well done girl, your not bad at this photography lark are you? |

Elephant Fountainby GermaineComment: it would appear polaroid 'type' images with washed out/aged colours are making somewhat of a comeback and, done properly they work for me - as does this :) |

Pretty lights on the treeby turnofthesueComment: Isn't it satisfying when you place an object between you and subject to get such a pleasing effect. And, saves messing around in photoshop ;) |
