Rusted Rail to the Seaby theSajComment: The leading lines are a nice idea--I like the way it begins by filling the entire bottom of the photo. Unfortunately, I just don't see anything specific to be led to. Seems like a dramatic lead to a so-so conclusion. |

Even one Oddby Melly8522Comment: I like this subject--well framed, too. Seems unfortunate that the sun causes loss of detail in the trees on the left--perhaps a different time of day and a cooperative sky? |

Closed pastby csokaComment: Gates, chains and locks are a popular subject in this challenge, but among them this one stands out. I think you've expertly framed this picture. It has "story." If you could have lessened the highlights it would be that much closer to perfection. Great interpretation! |

Rusted Transplanterby rj324Comment: Nice portrait of a garden tool. Think it might be better with the top edge of the blade more crisply in focus. Interesting use of negative space. |

Rusty Fenceby AmboComment: Great topic. Like the framing of this subject except for the branches on the upper left. Think the color is a bit over done--if the sky were darker, maybe... |

Rusty ballsby Kjetil HansenComment: Interesting subject. Would have cropped out the one not-rusted sphere. Is this a sculpture somewhere? Nice tones and focus. |

Venice Decadenceby mrBlueComment: Texture is appealing. Like your choice of depth of field. Nice play of shapes and edges. |

Standing in timeby rkfooteComment: I like the mood of this picture, the subject, the colors and the long exposure. Too bad the horizon's tipped, and I think the cropping could be tighter (perhaps in portrait rather than landscape. |
