Japanese Camelliaby ChrisW123Comment: Great focus and pleasing composition - I really like the colours as well. In fact there is very little to not like about this photo. There's a small imperfection on the right edge of the flower, enar the bottom, but it's really quite trivial. Well done |

""My child, pet and best friend"by slamminComment: I really like this photo - my brother would love it (being a guitarist). Perspective and framing are wonderful. I think the money, pen and pick detract from it slightly though - I would have kept the guitar on it's own. It's a really nice picture overall - definitely worthy of printing. |

The beginning of spring.by WILDBLUEComment: Nice macro work. The centre of the flower is lovely - lots of contrast and shape, however the outer petals start to blend together. Focus is good and the cropping is fairly good. |

Snow faceby Dim7Comment: Great composition. The focus looks a little soft perhaps, but maybe it's just a shallow depth of field - I would have liked more of the image to be crisp. The snow on the nose looks wonderful. |

Dear FHM magazine ...by d95vetteComment: Nice picture - both technically and from a subject point of view. Lighting is quite good and colour is excellent. It helps that her costume matches her skin / hair. Personally I think it's cropped a little too tightly at the bottom (each of the other sides has at least 1cm) - it's not a big deal though. Good luck on the comments, they should range from "she's great" to "this is soft porn", but I think it's a great cliche shot. |

Singapore Orchidby KateComment: Nice work - the shallow DOF really makes the orchid stand out. Colours and focus are good, however there is a little bit of camera shake (most noticeable on top left petal). Other than the camera shake though it's quite a good photo. |

Muster Flowersby bobgaitherComment: The colour of the field is wonderful, and I really like the way the vines (?) roll over the landscape - very picturesque. Well done on a classical landscape. |

Dad and Dogby crzystarbuckzgrlComment: Exposure and lighting look great here. I think the shot could have been improved from a composition standpoint though - the black ears of the dog disappear into the black top, and the tree appears to come out of the persons head a little. These are only minor things though - its still quite a good shot. And the dog is looking directly at the camera, which is great. |

Dust on the Key Boardby DianaComment: Lighting and exposure are both good, however I'm not so sure about the chosen crop. Perhaps you could have focused purely on the keypad, especially since there is flar on both "Page Down" and "[num] Lock". |

The old "flower cliché"by xertionComment: I like the way the flowers appear to be floating over the background. I don't think there is enough contrast between the petals and the background though, also the flowers look a little weathered. |
