Nice composition in this shot. The only thing I might have changed would be to include all of the piston at the top. Also, it would have been nice if the snow under the left edge of the blade was white like everywhere else. Exposure and lighting are very good though. Also, your focus and depth of field are good.

Up in The Air

Such vivid colours. I like the crop, except for the fact that the name is partly cut off. Blue and yellow sit together very well and your focus is quite good. It's perhaps a tiny bit overexposed but in some ways this adds to the image.

Manhole

I like the graininess of this shot - very appropriate for a manhole. Framing is great and the border compliments the shading around the plug nicely. Focus is also very good. Well done.

not a lemon

Nice work - a very interesting angle. I would have cropped a little looser at the top (its a bit too close for my liking), and I might have tried to hide the ceiling light behind the mirror so it doesn't distract. Focus is good, and colours are nice and vivid. What's the stringlike object on the front wheel?

What a pretty shiny car - has it left the pavement ever? Composition of the vehicle is very good, but the gate and shadow under the vehicle are slightly distracting. Focus is very good and lighting is good given the tough morning sun you are working with. Is this car yours?

The golden curves

Very interesting photo. I love the composition, especially the way the left arm fades away into darkness. Washing the person out to b&w helps bring attention to the yellow rope very well. And I love the way the rope twists around the person so symmetrically. Focus is ok - perhaps a tiny bit soft, but I think a little bit soft is appropriate here. Well done.

Cat's Eye

Unfortunately I would have liked more light in this shot - although I realise that might have been very difficult. I think more light would have bought out details in the hairs. It was certainly a novel location to find something yellow though.

I like the composition of this shot - the toy is well framed. It looks like you suffered a little from low light perhaps. Also, the white background is a little boring - perhaps a coloured sheet might have been more interesting.

Yellow angles

Nice photo, although the nearest part of the frame appears blurred. I like the contrast of the yellow and blue. The reflections in the glass are in some ways distracting but I can't imagine any way of avoiding them without spot editing.

Sunflower

Good work - The flower has great focus and colour and the lighting is fairly good. Personally I find the leaves and stem a little distracting - especially the leaf on the left.
