It's a nice cityscape shot - nice early morning (perhaps late afternoon) colours. It doesn't really convey much about "City Life" to me though. Other than that it's a good photo - nice colour, brightness, sharpness, etc.

Witty title, but the photo doesn't seem terribly relevant to "City Life". The trees make it look like a boat ramp in the countryside. Technically the photo is fine - colour, sharpness, contrast all good.

Traffic

I like this shot - there is certainly plenty of traffic. As a suggestion try cropping the sky entirely out of the shot - because it's so bright it draws your attention away from the "cars" unnecessarily. A different crop might make this photo more "focused" on the traffic. Good work though.

Interesting composition - so many lines, and windows and such vividly coloured buildings. It's a good shot but I'm not sure what the focal point is supposed to be because everything extends out of frame.

Great action shot - and the people in the background watching add to the shot... Looks less framed and more natural. Perhaps a title like "Carving up the street" would have been more appropriate for the subject? The colour is good but the shot feels just a little dark or something - looking at a dark subject against a bright background always feels difficult to me.

I like the inclusion of "life" in the shot, both by including people in general and also the motion blur. Looks like a tough exposure decision - I kind of like your choice of over-exposing the ice and people to include the buiding better.

The lights on the building are impressive. It would have been nice to include the top corner of the building. Using the flash to illuminate the people was a nice way of including "Life" into the shot.

Big City Nights

Good attempt at night lights. Perhaps a different location or cropping could have given a more dramatic focal point - perhaps the XMAS lights across the street.

The Commute

I like the black and white, and the graininess is ok as well. Perhaps a more contrasty / dynamic image would be good - curves would have helped deal with the bright lights if doing this. I do like the framing and composition (particularly the nearest person). Good work.
