Maybe, just maybe, if you made the greens darker (just the greens) it would make the flower POP more. |

On The Rocksby timfythetooComment: I don't know whether i like or dislike the blown highlights in the top half of the background. Either way the image invokes strong emotions in me. I also like how the pink clothes make her stand out. If only she was looking the other way it would have been perfect.
Have you tried selective desaturation? I would have :-) |

Blue Velvetby namComment: Excellent example of selective color that i never thought would work. I always thought that fiery colors (red, yellow, orange and variations) work best with this technique, never blue. |
