Waiter, There's a fly in my soup!by Prof_FateComment: The central point of the shot that is the fly is out of focus, while the table cloth behind the bowl is sharp so you are a bit back focused. I'm guessing you had both filtered natural light with its blue color and incandessant light with its yellow color because the light seems to be messing with the colors, creating weird reflections that puzzle the eye. |

All the Orange in my Houseby seancgn68Comment: granted that this is a silly shot, it could have been stronger if the orange things filled the frame. A lower, tighter composition leaving out the table and most of the wall could have turned these into a cool abstract. I also find the colors a bit too saturated, so I have trouble reading the edges of some object or the writting on the cookie box. |

Blending into the Artworkby basia03Comment: Strong colors, but I wish you hadn't cut her chin off, doing so makes my eye slide out of the frame. The head down, eyes averted pose makes her look angry and distracted. IMHO had she been looking at the camera with the orange collar of the sweater completing the frame of orange around her face, this would have been a much stronger photograph. |

Inner Sanctumby TooCoolComment: Jaw dropping depth, with great detail and color. The square crop works very well to pull the eye in to the center. The only knock ( and that is very slight ) is that the percentage of area in the shot that is orange is a bit low. Great shot, makes me want to see this building, you make it sing. |

Sagrada Familia, Barcelona Spain by JeansebComment: Great camera angle. Using the comtrail of the jet to emphisise the angularity of the cranes makes the contrast with the curves of Gaudi's masterwork sing. Good color saturation to hit a solid series of oranges and just a few hints of detail in the black solids. Great work. Tied with one other for first. |

Adieu!by ndsComment: Nicer shot than it is orange, had it been called blue you would have been in contention. |

Hoop Dreamsby jmritzComment: Nice idea, but I wish you either got rid of the tree or used more of it, it looks like a mistake. I love the way you played the backboadr against the sky. |
