Comment:
Great shot but boxing isn't a team sport for we, the literal minded. Still lush B&W conversion and emotionally evocative shot, well lit and framed. In boxing parlance , just off target, but a powerfull blow, might well ribbon.

After last week I was thinking " No more dandelions...EVER!' but this shot is so well lit and framed that I realize I was wrong.

Glad to see you got the requisite vote of at least a single 1 vote, lets us know the interface isn't keeping the blind from voting. Great shot, proving that you can take a picture of your cat and make a not just a relevant shot , but a winner.

I wish I had not seen this so early in the voting as the others seem rather palid and irrelevant in comparison. The massing is well balanced and the color palate is masterfull. I can't belive anything will be better done in this challenge. From the lightness of touch I belive you are shooing in the south of France no? I am searching for something to criticize, and I have decided that your border must be the most faulty peice of the shot, not that it is too bad but you left so little else to argue with.

Since my daughter plays with both Im not sure about the title, but the shot is just fine. the small speck of green puts it over the top though I wish the light on the marble was either tighter or had softer edges. Good job, should ribbon IMHO

Nice ominous tone, something about the tree looming into the shot. Deft handeling of colors and tone. ribbon pick.

Great idea, but somehow it just dosen't pop the way it seems it should. The shadows are well laid out but not very contrasty, and with the exception of the highlights on the bulb there is on white in this black and white shot. Other than that good focus, concept and composition.
