Aerial Equilibriumby SimonjwComment: nice photograph, not as good a portrait. I have no sense of who she might be, other than something of a risk taker. |

Autumn by steinarComment: focus falls a bit more on the mouth than the eyes, but juust a touch. Other than that, good angle on the model, great framing, nice tones and perfect lighting. |

Eye-Lined Beautyby briantammyComment: tough to get the right color balance with two subjects with such different skin tones, the girl on the left looks right but the fairer one looks a touch washed out with blue highlights. on the whole a good shot but it could have been more pleasing with a bit less blue. |

Contemplationby CutterComment: techincally well handled , and a fine idea, hard to make mirrored shades add to an understanding of the subject, this works. |

Baby's first Portraitby Photogirl_in_VancouverComment: very deftly handled baby shot, almost consumed by the monster border. the skin tones are so delicate and the angle you shot at almost gives me a sense of the sleeping childs weight in my arms, well done. the border on the other hand is better suited to a monster truck pull. |

Charmby magnusComment: great pose and cropping, I wish there was a bit more detail on the shadow side of the face, a second light source or a reflector and this would have been right up there in ribbon land. |

Alluraby Napalm NymphComment: Great color but just too soft at the eyes. there are distracting white lines in the hair, from either oversharpening or raterization from the reduction. The expression and pose are good, and the colors are great, but not as strong technically |

Hello DPC!by marvinComment: Im trying to comment more on the middle of the pack shots, so ....
I like the way you framed the hands and face, the colors look great and the blue in the blanket set off those baby blues very nicely.
On the down side, the blanket is too busy and bright to let the eye focus on the child, and the on camera flash creates too even a light and that hard inverted V of shadow, distracting from the lovely lines which the hands and arms make.
Nice but ...6 |

Avariceby CreativeFlyPhotoComment: good use of a narrow palate of colors, but whatever is going on over the fence is distracting fron the guys. given the attitued on display i don't know if you could have gotten them to sit down , but this would have worked better if all that was behind them was a fence. |
