Super nice and smooth water. Just enough detail in the forground. For me the color balance is great. Very harmonious! The vignetting/burning in the left corners is perhaps a tiny tiny bit too dark, but that is only a minor issue for me. The rest is great! Good luck in the challenge :)

Surfing

I like it! The "surfer" makes it a bit different the sunset/sunrise images I usually see. I wonder if the rocks could benefit from being even darker, because the guy is almost a silhouette (at least on my screen), or vice versa. Or maybe I'm completely wrong :) Still, its a nice image. I gave it an 8. Good luck in the challenge! :)

Love it! Like it even better now on second look. Bumping up to a 9. The colors are just beautiful and cudos for capturing the reflection in the water. Makes the image extra interesting. I'm n my view you have just enough forground to balance the gorgeous montains and tree line. Good luck in the challenge :)

I think this a wonderful image. It is especially interesting because it is almost like it is night and day at the same time. For me however the bottom left, which is the least interesting part, is taking a little too much attention. The rest is great though :) Must have been a exciting event! I'm jealous. Despite being Norwegian I have never seen the northern lights.

I really like this one. Perfect sharp, DOF and perspective. Is the church perhaps a tiny bit too light on the wall facing the viewer? Not sure! Regardless, great image! Best of luck in the challenge :)

This is a very powerful image in my view. I liked it even better on second look and bumped you up to a 9. Love the dramatic clouds against the golden tree line. My eyes wonder around the image and is constantly met by interesting elements. I wish this was my entry :) Best of luck!

Wonderfully calm! 9 and top 5 for me :) I might be completely wrong, but I think maybe the all-covering blueness (in lack of better word, or English, I suppose) is making the image a tiny bit flat. I do not have enough experience to know how or even if this could be fixed, but perhaps if the sea was whiter or something? I don't know :) Still, an awesome image! Good luck in the challenge!
