Lost Artby tvsometimeComment: Nice detail of the nib, for me this would be a better image without the shadow. (9) |

Uncertain Welcomeby glad2badadComment: funny!
Nice control of focal depth.
Excilent lighting on the robot-dog. I think the framing detracts from the image. I think you can enhance the image by cropping out the cupboards on the left and the horizontal Muntin in the window at the top.

who's the fairest?by tangueraComment: cool idea, nicely captured. The bears and treatment are perhaps not the best ones for this though as they look sad rather than vain. (7) |

That Which Soothes the Savage Beastby Art RoflmaoComment: nice focal control. Interesting collection of elements but I looked at this for ages trying to work out what the point was then read the subject, I think the reason I did't get it is the facial expression of the lizard doesn't tie in with that. Also suggestion is that the lights in the background could be behind lizard suggesting the energy of rage in the past (behind) and passified future (no lights). (7) |

Stop and smell the flowersby h2Comment: Love the capture of the toy and the lovely bokeh, I don't think the flower is featuring in this image and without it and a new title, perhaps 'Enjoy the little things in life' it'd be more to my liking. (7) |

In the morning sun by NeatComment: Simple idea, nicely shot. perhaps if you were to draw attention to the cute little face or delicate hair the image might be a little more eye catching. As is its pretty but static. (7) |

Big wheel keep on turnin'by Yo_SpiffComment: Nice effect on the main subject, almost etheral, detail and colours of the setting are not in harmony with the treatment. (7) |

Possible Porridge Perpsby pambComment: Good idea. Nice lineup. well lit. very grainy or perhaps oversharpened? I feel it would be better in colour or with a split tone treatment. (7) |
