great perspective and choice of what to desat...This picture tells a story, which in my opinion is a goal of photography. I love the "busy-ness" of the shot, the candidness (are any of those real words?), and the overall feel. I'm stopping short of giving you a 10 because I think it could have been a bit lighter. I'm sure the desaturation/grayscale conversion caused this, but there are several tricks to lightening without breaking DPC rules. Here's your 9 (wish I could give a 9.5) :)

interesting. I don't believe I've ever seen a night shot in selective desat before. This is just beautiful. When I look at certain shots, I see them framed and on a wall somewhere. I see this one in an upscale cafe...very nice

I love your perspective here. So many people would focus primarily on the plane. The "195" lets you know what it is, and the tower is effective. I can't wait to see more.

I like this shot technically. It is very sharp, etc. I feel it would be much more effective if the gentleman were more "farmerly", i.e., overalls, etc. The shopping bag is a bit distracting as well.
