The focus is off, the background is distracting and the lighting isn't very good. On a set up shot those should all be close to perfect. The subject isn't very interesting either.

For what ever reason I can't keep my eyes from drifting to the fuzzy light spot under the right arm. Otherwise I like the shot.

Lighting on the lions are causing a little too much glare. Did you try different angles? I'd have probably tried to take the picture with only one lion in it, but that's just me.
