purple symmetryby cmangisComment: Symmetrical in theory (and title) but not composition wise. Since flower is "leaning" to the left, I wouldn't have minded if the stem was centered. Still, the right side feels heavier because of the dark trees in the background. |

The Purple One Today?by KylieComment: Interesting use of color. A bit too many boats make this image too busy. The pier is also slanted very subtle and should either be horizontal or deliberately skewed. My eyes want to focus on the pier because everything else is chaos. |

"Purple Rain"by ladpupmoeComment: Nice DOF and composition. I'm wondering if the leaf at the top and top left were cropped out, would it make the composition stronger?
I think the image would look too plain without it but feel there would need to be more leaf if they are going to remain and be much more deliberate. |
