a magical feeling here! the golds and blue/greens sparkle with the light (I'm not sure how you got this effect but I like it) I think the border holds the shot back as it becomes an element not a frame (I'm usually a fan of borders but not this one, sorry)

Great use of light -- the sky adds a lovely touch to the composition... a bit too much water in the foreground as I feel some of the drama you've created with light gets disapated (?spelling) with the duller gray foreground. One of my favorites this challenge. bol
