Chair of Resurrection - by Valerie Lindseyby Jon_HComment: I love this idea -- don't know what kind of chair this is and what she's pulling? The only thing I really don't like is her dress -- it just does not fit the period of the setting, chair and idea for me. 8 |

The Flight of Gemma Hardyby MelethiaComment: Very cool -- like the angle, the movement and the costume. Not sure what the dark area in the lower left is but I might have preferred it not be there. Nice score from me. |

Red Hot Lipstick (by Jeremy Reed)by AllenPComment: Very polished looking portrait -- I like the naturalness of the skin texture and the deep red of the lipstick is the perfect shade. I don't usually mind borders of this sort and sometimes even like them, but I'm not crazy about its use here, especially on the top. Still a very good score from me. |

On the Roadby Yo_SpiffComment: Perfect perspective for "on" the road and the black and white suits this so well. Great texture in the road - love the crack in the asphalt. |

from here to eternityby sidpixelComment: One of my top five -- what I really like is that every part of the title is represented: the boards, focus and solidity of the interior are "here"; the blur of the figure in motion disappearing into space and the endless sea and sky are "eternity"; and the open door, the gradually softening focus on the sand and beach beyond, and again the movement blur are "from . . to". Well conceived and executed. |
