Underwater Hurdling

this is one of my favorites from the challenge.
the biggest problem is the legs look distorted - his right leg appears to be his left leg when you're focused on the upper body, which in turn makes the left leg on bottom look like a mutant side-leg if you're thought process says there's no right leg.
i'm not a hurdler myself, so this could well be proper form, but to me the bottom half looks to be rotated about 30-40 degrees from the body abnormally.
post processing is spot on with the watery reflections, the fish are great and the bubbles off the find and hands add a nice touch of realism.

i'm hoping that the 42 refers to "how many roads must a man walk down?" - and if you get the reference i hope it made you smile :)

I give him a 9 for height, a 7 for form, a 10 for enthusiasm and a prayer that he sticks (stuck) the landing!
Great fun in this image and you did a good job isolating and repositioning him in the frame here.
Lets hope for high marks from the other judges!

I'd make a "that team / he" is on fire joke but for all i know it could be a last-ditch, bottom of the (fire) barrel effort to get any points at all.

The losing team is going down (down, down) in a burning ring of fire.

ok...i think that about does it for the bad jokes.
Overall i like this image, i'd say top 10 finish is a definite possibility. Good luck (and i hope you at least smiled at one of those jokes)! :)

great blending on the face to the banana.
the arms have some hard edges but only a minor detraction.
as someone pointed out recently, if you duplicate the item in another layer, apply a blur and set opacity to a low % value you can soften up your edges a bit more
overall i see this finishing well in this given some of the other entries i've seen

one nitpicky thing here if you don't mind: several people are more blurry than the objects behind them; i understand this is a realm of fantasy and this is stitched together from various images, but continuity will certainly help your score.
