Such a great shot, so many possibilities for stories this image is telling. What's the liquid? Are we seeing something sinister or something innocent? The B&W gives it a great "film noir" feel, i wanna grab a bowl of popcorn, a soda and wait for the detective to show up.

Having had my first child in 2011 (after 5 years of trying/medical assistance) i can't help looking and seeing so much of my life in 2011 reflected here. This is a great capture of a truly remarkable thing. I'm giving this a 10 (i'd vote higher if i could) because it's both a great photo and it makes me misty-eyed when i look at it :)
