Find, and Follow, the Right Pathby moviemanComment: very interesting style and choice for the hills in the distance. picture seems to go from dark to bright, which seems to help lead my eyedown 'the right path'. good work. |

I will not be afraid to use bigger weightsby nico_blueComment: judging by your arms, i think you're already using bigger weights.. either that, or i got screwed with the genetics! nice, clean, crisp shot with good tones and composition. not sure if i think that your ny resolution is the best, but who am i to judge (maybe you got injured and have been going light lately?) - great shot. |

I will stop photographing flags!by samtrundleComment: lol. great on humor and creativity - a very good find, too! not sure about the resolution, but who am i to judge whether it's appropriate or not (for all i know, you have 10,000 pics of a flag and need to stop!). great job. |

A new year with no regretsby JinjitComment: does this mean you're having no regrets by getting rid of the alcohol or by not caring and drinking it all? hehe, either way i like the shot. |

I will learn to skiby ursulaComment: Beautiful. I have always loved high key images like this, and I find your subject choice particularly fitting. this guy kinda looks like he knows how to ski already, but i won't hold that against you. |

Our nativity sceneby BeetleComment: Hello from the Critique Club
Looks like I got you again! Or you got me.. one or the other, anyways. Anyway, this is certainly a Classy Holiday Decoration - I like the angle you have chosen and it's certainly a great little set up (very impressive construction of the fireplace and pots!). I think that I agree somewhat with bear on the wings - that I wish they weren't cut off. It doesn't change too much, since the focus is obviously on baby Christ. I like your choice to include the whole scene rather than just the place of focus. It's possible that maybe some selective lighting on this area might have emphasized/dramatized the situation, but that's a matter of decision/taste that varies from person to person. You should be prooud of this, as is obvious by your placement and surrounding by other great pictures. Keep it up! |
