speedboatby sidpixelComment: good idea. but for me, your subject feels a bit too high in the frame. also i can't tell if it's coming or going so i wish the front end was more decernable |

Our localby RiponladyComment: you had a good idea. your camera didn't cooperate very well. though the lighting itself doesn't seem to be very good as there are overexposed parts right next to extremely dark parts. i'm curious to find out more of the details of this camera and the exposure settings |

I've been to the Room Challenge and now........by StagoleeComment: nice white balance, i like that this isn't yellow. the composition could use some work. i know you were just goofing around, but the cold facet merging with the spout is something i would have tried to avoid, even on a spoof shot as it makes the photo a little less pleasing to look at. |

Oakland Bay Bridgeby NobodyComment: i like your composition. the exposure is good. i wish the water was a bit clearer, perhaps it just wasn't calm enough. i would have liked to see more color rather than the orange cast, i just feel there isn't enough of a range of tones to make it work and not lose some dynamicness. |

Silver Fallsby ace flymanComment: nice use of long shutter. personally i would have cropped down to remove the tree, only because the light really emphasizes it and draws the eye out of the pic. nothing much you could have done about the dark water between the foreground and the falls. i think it would have been cooler if it was silver as well to contrast it better from the mossy rock. i guess you would have had to do some creative dodging in photoshop for that. |

Power & Speed In Slow Motionby loriprophotoComment: nice capture. just a hair overexposted. just a personal perference but i would have liked the blur on just the foreground or the background. i'm thinking bluring the background while keeping the horse more in focus with a pan would have worked the best. perhaps you tried that and it's easier said than done as the feet move faster than the body. so maybe concentraiting on the head would have been easier. just some thoughts from someone who has never tried this technique and needs to do so before posting comments. |

Viva La Nauticaby idnicComment: nice aloofness. though it feels a bit too posed for me, given the setting. 'mi wondering if there was a better angle where she didn't have to be on the boat, yet still give the viewer the impression it was her boat. |

That's Lifeby BrianRComment: i wish you had taken the pic while the boat was a bit farther out so it wouldn't have to share the shot with the other one. |

Mind of...by WadeComment: i like the concept. it took a few seconds for me to decipher it was a penny. your processing kind of led me too that problem. the texture of the ground you've chosen is kind of distracting as well. also you have alot of open foreground that isn't doing your shot any justice. i'll stop now as this is probably going to score higher than mine ;) |
