Good Morning Bad Newsby EssAreDubyaComment: i like that you have made a statement or memorial with your submission. i like how meticulous you are with the placement of your composition, down to the fake sugar packet. in today's fast moving society it would be interesting to see a headline in the paper that was indeed a surprise the next "morning" |

Lifeby NitinComment: i like the general idea. the surroundings seem so odd for the commentary though. seems almost like no beginning and no end. perhaps that was your intention. your added blur does not improve the image for me. though going a bit further and blurring everything but the road and the couple seems intriguing to me and would comment to me on how life passes for some before they know it and really get to experience anything of value for themselves. like waiting for retirement and then finding it was just like walking down a blurry road of hazy memories and dead grass. |

Morning Has Broken.....by salmiakkiComment: interesting how you have your focal points at the very top and very bottom of the image, while your center is blurry...perhaps that's how many would first see the day ;) |

Morning Ritualsby jfwolpertComment: interesting choice to place the paper upside down. seems like an excellent opportunity to make a statement, though you have chosen not to. Focus needs to be dead on if you're going to try this kind of shot. |

Griefby Nikolai1024Comment: great pose. Fantastic idea to create the lit look of the head. i'll get picky and wish you softened the hair outline, as it looks like it was selected with the straight outline tool. Perhaps the blotchiness was intentional to create a marble/statue look, but I really would like to see this smoothed out. |

hidden emotionby LoweeseComment: odd feel to this one due to the soft focus, low contrast and unorthodox crop. your title adds fuel to the intrigue. |
