Beautiful shot. There are different ways to interpret this shot. At first glance, I thought it didn't meet palindrome.... simply because this is a desert, rather than a dessert. However, maybe there is a story... maybe there is a guy, walking all alone, hungry. Perhaps it isn't a steak, or a burger, or a salad that he wants to eat... maybe he wants something sweet.
Or maybe, the word DESSERTS was confused with DESERT? Who knows. :)
A very lovely photo, and it would have been a terrific entry for the All Along challenge!

Beautiful shot. A few specks on the table/bar. I think it would have been even cooler if some of the foam was overflowing from the glass. They also look a little close to the (back) edge of the table.
But the colors are nicely shot. The purplish-pink background works well. Nice detail.
