Looks like you were close to the ground, no reason not to use an aperture allowing full depth of field. I also would have suggested eliminating the out-of-focus object at center left.

	Birds in the Trees by gotrond Comment: Literally. Nicely done bird-in-nature shot, maybe a little less contrast to reveal more detail in the bird would have been nice but from the grain I'm guessing it was a pretty high ISO shot - always takes a toll on dynamic range.
