Lunch Hourby CuttoothComment: I like the capture, composition and catchlight. The image seems very contrasty (is that even a word?!) on my monitors. |

Dinner Timeby BikerChicComment: Wow, I respect you purely for attempting a shot like this! However, I feel the focus is on the feeder instead of the bird, and the feeder takes up too much of the frame. Maybe a tighter crop? There's no way I'd ever have the patience to try this. |

The Art of Parentingby nickybComment: Postcard stuff - gorgeous. Those swans really glow. I'll be interested to find out who this belongs to (I have a suspicion, but may be wrong..) Composition, check. Detail, check. Colour & focus, check. Emotional connection, check. Oh, let's face it, you know you've got a great shot! :) |

In A Soft Moonlightby BrianRComment: Composition is good, with all elements placed well within the shot. Soft focus and the tones applied work well for this shot. But I have to say, I personally think the vignette is too obvious/hard and maybe would have worked better a different (dark) colour? |

Sun Catchby MagnumphotographyComment: Terrific capture - even the poor fish is facing the right direction! The water drop is an added bonus. Great detail in the feathers and sharp all round. |

What Was That Lightby mlianoprComment: I like the composition, the bird is well placed within the frame. I'm not overly fond of the processing you've applied. I like it on the background, but not on the bird and the wire. |

Feed Meby BastaComment: Excellent dof. The bird on the left of shot looks ever-so-slightly soft, but this draws my attention more to the act of feeding and the bird on the right with that wonderful detail in the wings. |

She and He!by MonaComment: I know you know, but the focus is on the rear bird. As the fore-bird is so central to your composition and also obviously has something to say, I would have preferred the focus to be on it instead. |
