Looks like there's a bluish color cast over everything... fluorescent lights? I like this idea, and I think it would look better if you change your white balance to compensate.

Awesome title... I think this would be better if the crop was a little tighter and if you could reduce the amount of reflections on the bowl.

I'll bet you get some comments about it being underexposed, but I like it. Dark, moody, and you still get the grain in good detail. Well done!
