Interesting idea but it doesn't feel like Halloween to me. Almost glittery as the XMAS holidays, pumpkin not withstanding. Good composition and nice arrangement. Color and balance is quite nice.

May be I'm missing something, but for me, the content doesn't quite meet the challenge subject. This could be any night.

That said, the balance is nice and the eerie blue beneath red in the sky is otherworldly. I also like the fact that the foreground is out of focus to an extent. The combination of the focus and the feeling that the image is out of balance slightly (feels heavier on the right) gives me a slightly off center -- have to tilt my head to make the world seem right.. feeling.
