Montrealby bormicComment: Nice foreground for the city - it adds a lot of color to an otherwise near monochrome cityscape. The red light at the top of the building near the center picks up the bright red and draws me into the photo. |

A Farmer's New Cash Cropby mcraelComment: "They're growing houses in the fields between the farms" quote from a song by John Gorka. Your photo captures the sense of houses jammed together. I'd guess you used a fairly long focal length telephoto to get that tight-packed effect. |

Singing Walkway between buildingsby GrandmaEMTComment: I like the way the curved shapes of the wall, roof, walkway and grass parallel each other and end in the straight lines of the building. There's also an odd sense of disorientation as the building is so far below the grade of the walkway, which for the most part is not a bridge. |

M-46 Bridgeby inspzilComment: It's amazing how the reflections go so much deeper than the lights that are reflected. The colors also take on more brilliance in the reflections. Nicely done. |

Reflectionby ktritoComment: This looks more like an underwater city than a reflection. Only one building stands above the waterline to be reflected - are the others on the opposite side of the river? And why do they not appear to be upside down, as is usual with reflections? A very interesting shot. |

Eyes to the Skyby dsidwellComment: Vertical perspective is usually considered a flaw, but you've turned it into a positive element in this photo. The dark reflection (I assume that's what it is) emphasizes the symmetry and adds an air of mystery. |

a view from downtownby perkygothComment: The sharp angle of the building on the right draws me into the photo, the straightness of the other building brings a kind of repose by contrast. Quite a sky you got for a background. |

afternoon reflections by tp-fcpComment: The arched form of the bridge turns a pretty but ordinary set of reflecions into a work of art. The lighting is also excellent - it adds brilliant color to the already interesting foreground buildings. |

waiting for the wind from the seaby kenboComment: As you photograph them, there's an element of grandeur in these props, but I can also see how people call them visual pollution and don't want them in their back yard. |
