I might've tried moving in closer and shooting in portrait orientation to better isolate the cylinders, which I presume are your main subject.

Good find. I might've tried cropping to isolate the top four triangles, the strongest shapes, to simplify the composition and strengthen the subject of shapes.

Don't see connection with shapes theme. While the flowers make an interesting subject, the blue is oversaturated, as evidenced by the blue on the trunk of the tree and in many of the leaves.
