Outcastby gandersComment: I like your choice in pairing each of the other candies. It really adds to the loneliness of the outcast much more than a homogenous group of candies would have. I have somewhat mixed fealing about the white background though. On one hand, it provides nice contrast, but it may be a bit overpowering as well. Hopefully someone with more experience can offer a better comment about that. |

ticketby john22132Comment: A ver nice and unique interpretation of the challenge. My only critique is the cropping. It would have improved in my eyes if the entire ticket was captured in the shot. |

Daydreams from the edgeby ChezComment: This is a beautiful image and truely captures the challenge. The only downside is the lack of focus on the close part of the wall. |

Serenityby amsmythComment: I love the sense of serenity in this photograph. Seing this, alone doesn't seam like such a bad thing. Nice use of reflections. |

lonely little flowerby RipiComment: Nice use of depth of field, but having the flower in the center is a bit over powering. |

Friends No Moreby vonautschComment: Nice job with the lighting to isolate the lonely fish. Overall, however, the image looks a bit over softened. |

Alone in the woodby jonwamComment: The verticle layout works well with the trees. I especially like the way you used two trees to creat a natural border for the photo. I wonder if putting a person lying on the couch may have improved it or not. Hmm. Maybe not. |

My first time allone.....by litboltiComment: I like the sepia toning, it fits the image well. Overall, however, the image apears blurred and pixelated. Possibly due to overzooming. |

no one to play with meby photogirl66Comment: Cute concept. If I may be so bold, I think it would have been better if you left the doll lying on the ground at the foot of the slide and zoomed out showing more of the playground. "Alone and forgotten". As it is, the hair on the doll makes it look like she is flying down the slide, hence, someone is playing with her. |

Alone in the Wildernessby bexforlifeComment: I was just in the forums trying to explain how 'alone' can be portrayed in a picture of a group and then I come across this photo. I just wish I can use it as an example. You have done exactly what I was describing. Very nice composition. But.... I think it would be nicer if it were brighter. |
