Timelessby Jon_HComment: I like the lighting and pose although I wish her face was a bit brigher/sharper. Even if her eyes were *slightly* brighter, I think this would be a stronger image. The framing and pose are great. |

nimbinby BlackboxComment: I like the border and contrast of the main dog. I do feel the 2nd dog and leg/arm is a bit distracting. The left side of the image flows nicely to an interesting dog, however the right side of the image is a bit busy and distracting. |

Table for twoby fd3rdComment: The wood grains and textures look nice here, as does the light from the lamps. I'm not too interested in the furniture, which unfortunately is the subject, but I like the feeling of the image. You seem to have captured the feeling of a nice cool night outside. |

V8by Yo_SpiffComment: I'm sure you are getting comments that this is not sepia. I'm not totally sure about that as I am no scientist or color-ologist. I will say that this DOF is awesome and I love the clarity and texture of this image. It really shines above a lot of other entries. That might be because it's not sepia.
(For what it's worth, I'm probably spending way too much time on this, but I put this in photoshop and used the eye dropper tool with a 101x101px color sample. I got #70685d on the mesh and #4d473e on the engine.)

1953 Ford Victoriaby peterComment: I like the straight on capture of this, although I'm not sure the border works well with the vignette. I like the vignette alone. I like the subject itself, of course. |

1800's Camp Siteby marbroComment: The softness of focus and the border work well with the sepia in this image. |

1880s Steam Powerby davidwComment: I like the added noise/grain here, and the subject is perfectly suited for this challenge. |
