Perception by mBastinComment: I appreciate the lighting and color, but I feel this image could be improved by focus. The viewers eye will naturally move around a photograph, and as a photographer, you can control where that movement may be. This picture doesn't give the eye anything to focus on and consequently, some strength is lost. |

On a loss of a daughterby HighNoonerComment: This is a very in-your-face image. The title makes me feel like I should emphasize with him, but it's hard because there is very little context in this tight crop. By itself it's a good shot. |
