Fun shot. I experimented a little and found that I much preferred the shot if cropped with the birds being towards the top or towards the bottom of the shot (instead of vertically centered). I do think that they are fine horizontally centered as is.

Nice shot. I think this would have been a good candidate for bw. I wish the background could be deemphasized somehow (out of focus, less contrast, motion blurred).

Ah, I wish this was in focus. The colors are disappointingly washed out as well. I think I would have enjoyed this more if it was cropped just to include the macaw on the left.

I like the idea, composition, and overall framing of this shot. I think the colors are too washed out, though. I wish this was either bw or much more vibrant/saturated. It also would have been nice if the post above the birds hidden head wasn't there. I love the shadow going across the bird's back.

Fitting title. I love the subtle sunset hue in the sky. Also cool to catch the moon in there. Unfortunately the birds in flight that are supposed to the main subject didn't grab me. Maybe the lazy birds on the ground (which are the ones best in focus at least because of no motion blur) provide the wrong kind of anchor.

It's nice that you can see a tiny bit of the subject's head. I just wish I could see more of it. Also I don't agree with the cropping. The foreground on the right seems well in focus and has the most dramatic highlights and shadow in the whole shot, and it's just distracting the intended subject.

Neat shot. Overall I think the shot is too dark. I don't know what the lighting really looked like when you took the shot, but it seems like the highlights on the subject (especially the trailing edge of the left wing) should pop much more. As it is, the sky is by far the most vibrant part of the shot in a way that I think detracts from the subject. Either really lightening things up or switching to bw I think would really help.

Great shot. It looks like the subject is smirking. I love the sharp focus on the tail, back, and head with motion blur on the wings. Bokeh is great in the background, though I wish the horizontal lines (especially the ones at the bottom) were level.

It seems to the the far wing is in focus but not the face. Great action shot though. A better caption would have helped this out a lot I bet. I'm sure someone else could come up with better, though one idea is: Aflac, smaflac!

Ooh, I love this. The hill and ship (or whatever that is) really help this shot a lot. I love how the clouds echo the line of birds on the left. Great shot!
