Nice framing. I like the balance of lights and darks for the Westony flavor. I like that the hair is washed out black to match the background, but I don't think Weston would do that.

I struggled with this one, but consistently like it. I think this somehow captures both Weston's pepper/shell/etc style as well as his building/door/window style. Impressive.

It looks out of focus to me, and even if it isn't, I think sharp focus is an important part of Weston's style. The lighting seems harsh for Weston, and I wish the background was darker and there were more light areas for more Westony balance.

Nice. Based on my take of Weston I'd like to see more lights, I think his shots are more balanced that way. I also think this shot would be more Westony more tightly cropped. Regardless, I this this is a great shot.

I am going to say I think this does echo Weston, just not in an obvious way. I think it's harder to quantify his style in landscapes. I like it.

In the spirit of Weston as I understand what I have seen of his work, I wish the shot was less dramatic (I'm thinking particularly of the shaded are on the left). I also wish the highlights were lighter, or at least that there were more brightly lit areas. And not all of your specimen is in focus, I think Weston definitely would have taken care of that. That said I think your specimen, contrast, attention to form, all make for a nice Westony shot.
