It seems there's an exposure issue here. The shadows are too dark and the highlights are nearly blown out. In my mind this is probably intentional. I quite like it although I would have rendered it in b/w.

It's a nice still life photo. Neat idea. Exposure is good and the lighting is done well, I don't see glares from your light source (from above?) on the glasses which is a pain when photographing shiny objects.

It's a nice idea, fits the challenge well. The composition is good, the focus on the subject is clear, exposure is not bad. I see a blue tint all over the photo which is probably caused by incorrect white balance setting. If your camera is capable of a shallow dof, using wider aperture will help blur the background to put more emphasis on the subject.
