Into The Unknownby GeneralEComment: Very fun image. I like the use of black & white, the use of space is good - increases the alone/solitude feeling. Great composition anf focus. Nothing I'd really suggest changing. 9 |

Lonely Decayby sigmaComment: An interesting image, the lighting helps enhance the feeling of decay. Focus is pretty good. I don't really get a feeling of solitude or loneliness though, especially with those cows in the background. A nice solid photo. 6 |

In the spotlightby ZamaguraComment: A wonderfully simple image. Definitely has a solitary feel to it, the lighting is perfect. Great focus, there isn't really anything I would suggest changing. Simplicity at its finest. 10 |

Half way down the stair…by johnmComment: Great photo! Would work well in the infinity challenge I'd think. I like the endless feel, and the perspective gives me a feeling that the person is all alone. I like the coloring used for the image, the cool tone enhances the crisp lines. Very nice. 8 |

In the Woodsby Spork99Comment: Marvelous color, excellent use of distance and space. I get a nice feeling of solitude from this image. I even like the fact that the subject is not in focus, it helps make him/her feel that much further away. A nicely captured image. 7 |

Do Calves Get Lonely?by DiamondPeteComment: Lovely scene. Fits all alone well. The focus is good and I like the lighting, but I wish the photo was a little brighter over all. Also, the colors look like the could be a bit more vivid, the green is nice and rich, but the orangey-yellow looks a little washed out. A wonderful photo, well done. 7 |

no titleby jstockesComment: Nice black and white image. Focus is good and I like the lighting, but it does seem a little bit harsh in some areas. Composition is great, subject brings a lot of interest to the photo. I would've probably cropped out that window or frame on the wall as it draws the eye away from the main subject. Great photo. 8 |

Isolated from the worldby neenee1999Comment: Wow that is one fluffy cat. Does fit the challenge. The lighting is okay, a little harsh and blownout in the right-hand corner. I'm not sure why, but the image looks a little pixelated, maybe over contrasted? I like the fact that the subject isn't directly in the middle of the image. A nice shot. 5 |

Help!!! Where is my family?by AlexysComment: I like the color difference, that plus the difference in food items helps give it an all alone feel. The lighting is good as is the focus (seems a bit overcontrasted though), my main issue is the image doesn't have any appeal on an interest level for me. Well done on the technical side, just not as strong interest wise. 5 |

Hopeby amnonComment: Great scene. Good feeling of solitude but with a positive spin. The colors are good but I wish they were a little more vivid. Good lighting - a little harsh in the top right corner but good over all. I think the focus should be a little sharper on the fisherperson. Well done. 7 |
