I would have gone for a more of-center composition. The manner inwhich you manipulated the sky makes it look more like a paintaing than a photograph. It also looks like you have a dust spot on your sensor - there a greyish blob to the lower-right of the cross's right arm. I like how the cross is the only element of this shot.

Interesting shot, but putting her in heels would have made it even better. It would have given her longer legs and a more elegant look. Good work.

Fill in flash or a reflector could have worked wonders here. As it is now the low contrast makes this image feel flat.
