Shadowsby tfarrell23Comment: I think less of the chair in this photo would put more emphasis on the shadow |

My Tulipsby kfivecrazyComment: while a good composition of subject matter with portraits I like to see a little more emotion especially with children. It is a great talent to wait until a precise moment to get the expression that reflects their personality. |

Reflections in Blueby bcenuComment: great contrast of subject matter.
To me art is all about symmetry and contrast in composition and this does not always mean in color, line, shape, or tone. |

One For Every Fighterby homensComment: in reflection photography try seeking some sort of symmetry, or give more thought to the shape of the entire composition.
I think this one may have been better if the enter reflection was shown or a more well thought out amount of the reflection. |

Sleepy Dogby dtallaksonComment: I have seen this photo done many times. Pet pictures are fine, but they need to convey the emotion of the animal. this one begins to do that, but falls short.
Also it seems that is one is conveying the emotion of longing or sadness in a dog, and all too common emotion portrayed. Try portraying other aspects of the pet's personality. |
