I had to sit and think about why this image isnt making me like it the more I look at it. Is it the PP? Is it the fact that the person is so small in the shot? Is it that I can barely see the little green foliage in between the stones? Is it the dark top right corner? It is a nice shot but something is just not relating to me.

Probably wont do too well because I think there is no real major focal point in this image. My eye isnt drawn to anything in particular. I think the PP work did help the image to give it some drama though.

What a cool sky! The placement of the rock in the lower right is good and my eyes are also drawn to the people and building on the horison. I do however wish the shadows had some detail in them. I understand you were probably going for the silhouette look... but thats just me

If this doesnt do as well as you were hoping for - these are things that get to me: The sign on the right is chopped off, The door doesnt have a bottom/base, the rope top left is a little distracting, it doesnt look that sharp. Looks too much like a quick snapshot to be DPC friendly.
The leading line of the roof is nice and the placement of the lamp is good too.

Wonderfully crisp and clear. I can even see you in the pupil. Good PP. Is the border necessary? My eyes are already moving left and right becasue of her hair, eyes and mouth all on a level plane.

A lovely sharp clear image. Good PP. Interesting composition but being so central makes it look a bit like a snapshot although I'm sure it wasnt at all.

Lovely shot! Great timing. Would love to see more details in the shadows of the eagle's wing but I assume it showed too much noise based on the noise throughout the shot. Perhaps slightly overshapened (look next to wing above eagle's head)
