The boats are merging with the buildings in the background, which makes the image seem a bit confusing and overly busy. Lovely light, though, and nice reflections on the water.

Suggestion: crop in from the left to eliminate the open area beyond the end of the white "frame". This area is a distraction from your main subject, the young ballerina. Also clone out the tabler edge or whatever it is below the mirror on the right, since this, too, draws the eye away from your subject. I really like the colours in the image and the pose of the ballerina.

I like the idea of this image a lot, but given that the title, the eyes really should be tack sharp, and to me they seem just a tiny bit out of focus. Also, there are hotspots on the nose and forehead that could be toned down a bit.
