I like the lighting on this. It has a dreamy quality. I think it would be nice to have it a bit clearer and let the light give it the soft quality... It fingers especially are too fuzzy to me. I really like the light on the wings.

I am not sure I understand the title and how it applies to the photo. You have gotten me curious! I like the blue /black tones and the far wall. I am not sure the arms look restful... but rather I see motion blurr especially where the arm blends into the side wall.
It looks like the photo needs to be rotated a bit. It is not far enough from being level to look like it is supposed to be leaning to one side and yet it is not quite level so it distracts to me.
lt is interesting.
