This kind of looks like a saved 32bit hdr shot that was not processed any further to bring out the good stuff. Here the white balance seems to be off and the higlights are very blown. Also the shadows don't quite look right.

I don't mind the blur. You have created a chaotic scene. What distracts in this attempt is the hooks of light throughout where you can see the movement of the camera.

Great scene! The fact the shot is lacking in pop of color, I can see a good balck and white image out of this, rather than leaving it in color. Would love to see more of this scene.

Love the colors here. Nice composition with the lines and arrow of the sign pointing in to the picture, but to what?? Cutting off the top of the sign kind of cut off the leading lines a little. The clouds could use a little dramatic dodging and burning for effect. There is great contrast and texture throughout the shot.

The mountains are beautifully processed with great contrast and tone. Love the shape and textures present there. I think the sky is a little dark for the scene. Not sure if you used a gradient filter on camera or not but if it was done in post, then I think it is a bit dark for the scene. Compositionally it is some what unbalanced and weighted heavier by the bigger mountain and the large cloud on the right.

Happy little painterly feel! Great balance in the photo with the shoes stepping up from low to high. Tones and light... it's all there. It should hang on a wall! Would love to see a color version!
