Week #3 - Coco and the Paper Towel Roll

Very sweet pet portrait! The paper towels only serve to add content to the photo. I especially like the lighting on the face. I can see a little noise in the background, but the subject isn't noisy at all.

Super awesome photo. I think the face would be seen better by zooming in and leaving out the background. So I'd crop this much tighter!

I like the flash bounced of the "eyes". It gives this "robot" a powered on feel. (Like it is alive!) The only piece of criticism I can think to say is that I feel the foreground is not too much lighter than the background which makes it not stand out so much.

I think instead of showing the whole lute, you could have zoomed in to show only the face making it have much more effect. I think you could have kept the same angle.

Turn that frown upside down and you'll see a smile! Nice vision.

Too funny. I think Groucho Marx when I see these clouds. I think the photo is somewhat dark though I don't see how it could have been done any other way because the comedic effect comes in the contrast between the pink and black clouds.

Good vision in seeing the face! You got great even lighting and avoided any harsh shadows showing great technique though it is lacking in depth. I think it lacks a little of what flickr calls interestingness due to the whole shot consisting mostly of wood...
