(=)by ZigomarComment: To me, your style with the lensbaby is representative of the Mod revival trend of the 70's and 80's... Your shots seem to focus on young British or German working class folk and I enjoy your lensbaby work a lot!
This particular photo feels like an album cover for The Smiths or maybe a scene from Quadrophenia or something. Anyway great job! I'm a fan! |

Blurred surfby MelethiaComment: Great use of complimentary colors! I love how you used the panning to create smooth lines throughout, even managing to get a horizon in the top third. Excellent Blur! |

B E N C H E Dby Art RoflmaoComment: Some very rich colors and a tack sharp sweet spot allows this to be a textbook shot with the lensbaby... if there were a textbook... and only if lensbaby users would read it. |

Da Vinci's Diverby rinacComment: This pic looks almost 3D with the lensbaby blur perfectly placed around the very interesting subject! |

Kissable?by paynekjComment: Here is another example of getting too close with the composition. It's not very appealing but perhaps that is your point. I think the emphasis of the challenge was to create a photo with some form as opposed to photographing a piece of a human. |

Me, Myself, I. Or a minute Piece of the Human Form.by EgillPComment: With this image you have technically met the challenge. I recognize this is a fingerprint... I think it's such a huge fingerprint that CSI wouldn't even need their complicated computers to match this to a suspect! I can't believe you got that level of detail... what a piece of glass you must have! With all that said, I think you have gotten a bit too close here. The skin is kind of grey and dark. You did get some great textures here! I'll bet you could posterize this and make a fine piece of graphic art to hang on the wall! |

Week 5 - City Streetsby PennyStreetComment: Great shapes and colors here. Nice rhythm to the shot with the line of paper boxes. I really like the saturated colors. Stands out well! |

sharing.jpgby vawendyComment: I really like this. Totally retro shot with a '50s feel to it. It could be a commercial for cat food. |

Tiana - Hangin' In Thereby sheila99Comment: Now here you have captured an interesting pet portrait that any animal lover would want on their wall or in their calendar. You got the cat in an interesting pose that shows off it's character. Great tones, this seems to be in color but is naturally black and white. I also like the fact you are using the XSi with the kit lens. I can appreciate the portrait even more! |

4c.jpgby karmatComment: Nice compilation of pictures. The two portraits would be great family keepsakes. The background image adds the context for season. The kids are posed very well and they have great smiles to boot! Excellent models! |
